1. To undertake complete responsibility for Production, Quality Control and Technical activities at BitChem Delhi Plant (Shree Balaji Petrochem Pvt. Ltd.).
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable BIS standards, Quality Management Systems and internal quality procedures at the Delhi Plant.
3. Carry out routine testing of Raw Materials (RM), Finished Goods (FG), in-process materials and consumables, and maintain all laboratory records and reports.
4. Ensure timely renewal and compliance of BIS licenses, laboratory equipment calibration, verification and maintenance for the Delhi Plant.
5. Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments and testing facilities to ensure accurate and reliable test results with minimum downtime.
6. Monitor production quality, process parameters and product performance, and recommend corrective and preventive actions whenever required.
7. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing teams for technical support, customer complaint resolution and process improvement.
8. Conduct product evaluations, mix design studies, performance testing and validation of new raw materials or formulations as per business requirements.
9. Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports related to production quality, laboratory performance, product quality trends and process deviations.
10. Provide technical guidance and training to laboratory personnel, production operators and new employees on quality systems and testing procedures.
11. Conduct technical investigations, root cause analysis and competitor product evaluations to support product development and continuous improvement.
12. Monitor inventory of laboratory chemicals, consumables, glassware, reference standards and testing equipment, and submit monthly procurement requirements.
13. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, environmental and statutory requirements within the laboratory and technical functions of the Delhi Plant.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
