Hiring: PLC Programmer – Industrial Automation
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 2 - 4 years(must)
We are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial automation, programming, and onsite commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic & Structured Text
- Configure industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, RS485)
- Design & develop HMI interfaces for machine/process control
- Conduct FAT, I/O validation & system testing
- Support onsite installation, commissioning & integration
- Troubleshoot automation systems (logic, wiring & communication) Provide remote/onsite technical support & AMC assistance
Required Skills:
- Strong PLC programming experience (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley / Omron / Schneider)
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, control panels & field wiring Hands-on experience in debugging and commissioning
- Understanding of sensors, actuators, drives & safety circuits
Preferred:
- HMI/SCADA development
- Industrial networking knowledge
- Exposure to robotics, AGV, or machine automation projects
