Customer Support Executive (English Communication)

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who can communicate professionally with international clients through email, chat, and messaging platforms while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Etsy, Shopify, and other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, customization requests, order status, shipping updates, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, custom requirements, and delivery updates.
- Ensure all communication reflects Evara Jewelry's premium brand image.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Support the team during promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Must have studied in an English-medium school.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong grammar and communication skills.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or sales (experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or e-commerce is preferred).
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
