- Estimating & Costing: Evaluate the extent of vehicle damage and prepare fair, accurate estimates for repair costs and time. [1, 2]
- Insurance Coordination: Collaborate with insurance surveyors and adjusters to process claims, get repair approvals, and manage paperwork seamlessly. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Conduct spot checks on repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality standards and strict compliance with safety regulations. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor the inventory of body shop supplies and parts, and coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability. [1, 2, 3]
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring timely vehicle delivery and client satisfaction
