1.Oversee daily fettling activities, including knockout, cutting, grinding, chipping, and shot blasting.
2.Allocate tasks to operators and grinders to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
3.spect both raw castings and finished products for dimensional accuracy and surface defects (such as blowholes or shrinkages) to ensure they meet customer specifications.
4.Ensure all staff strictly follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as goggles, gloves, and ear protection.
5.Monitor the usage of consumables like abrasives and lubricants, and ensure that tools like pneumatic grinders and cutting machines are properly maintained.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
