We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our team and drive property sales. You will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring a team of agents, and implementing strategies to expand our market presence and hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team; conduct regular training on prospecting and closing techniques.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Lead & Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to site visits and deal finalization.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and local property trends to advise on pricing and identify new business opportunities.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with key investors, developers, and channel partners.
