Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, team management, and operational skills with the ability to achieve business objectives while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and business growth.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify new business opportunities and support local marketing initiatives.

- Prior experience in the education, service, consulting, or related industry will be an added advantage.
