Monitoring of tests carried out on soil, concrete, structure or equipment at the site.
Monitoring of quality workmanship materials and equipment used in the actual construction.
Daily/Weekly quality report submission

Issuing NCRs and follow up for closure
Review of Project Quality Plan submitted by Contractors and provide suitable recommendations for Client approval.
Perform all daily inspections (RFI) to accomplish the quality of construction indicated in the drawings/specifications for all civil works performed by the contractor.
Inspection of all incoming material (IMIR) like coarse aggregates, fine aggregates & cement etc. & witnessing testing of concrete cubes, slump cone test etc. as per approved quality plan.
Checking for all quality measures and ensures the work methodology adopted at the site is as per approved Field Quality (FQP) and method statement.
Ensure that non-conforming project activities including potential non-conformance (NCR) are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.
Maintaining the proper record of Civil quality documents.
Participate in all client review meetings as and when required.
