Head of Sales – Corporate & Mobility
Location: New Delhi (Pan-India Role)
A leading organization in the mobility solutions and corporate travel domain is seeking a senior sales leader to head its corporate and enterprise sales function across India. This is a strategic, Pan-India leadership role based out of New Delhi.
Role Summary
The position will be responsible for driving national corporate sales strategy, scaling mobility and corporate travel solutions, and building long-term enterprise relationships. The role requires strong leadership capability and deep domain expertise in corporate, mobility, and travel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Pan-India corporate sales strategy
- Drive growth across mobility solutions and corporate travel offerings for enterprise clients
- Manage and mentor regional and national sales teams
- Build and sustain CXO-level relationships
- Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive intelligence
- Mandatory Experience
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales
- Mandatory exposure to Mobility Sales
- Experience in corporate travel sales will be a strong advantage
- Experience handling Pan-India sales responsibilities
- Track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Candidate Profile
- Senior sales leader with strong enterprise sales background
- Experience in mobility, corporate travel, telecom, or enterprise services preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
