This is the person who owns the client. You’ll be the senior point of contact for a portfolio of Boss Wallah’s brand customers — translating their goals into content strategy, mobilising our studios and creative teams to deliver it, and making sure every commitment lands on time, on brief, and on budget.
Equal parts strategist, storyteller, and delivery owner: you set the creative direction, you carry the relationship, and you’re accountable for what we ship.

Act as the senior, day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of brand accounts.

Get deep on each client’s business, audience, and objectives — and turn that into a clear content plan.

Build trust through proactive communication, sharp recommendations, and reliable follow-through.

Spot expansion opportunities and grow accounts through results, not upselling.

Translate briefs into well-defined scopes, deliverables, and timelines — and own them end to end.

Coordinate across studios, creative, production, and distribution to keep every project moving.

Keep work on schedule and on budget; surface risks early and resolve them before they become client issues.

Maintain a single source of truth on status, approvals, and commitments for every account.

Develop unified content strategies across digital, social, editorial, video, and experiential channels.

Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and creative assets.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across every platform.

Drive media relations, external communications, and reputation management for client brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and strategic partners.

Lead crisis communications and represent the client brand when required.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing content and communications team.

Partner with Marketing, Creative, Production, and Leadership to align messaging with business goals.

Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Define KPIs and reporting frameworks that measure content effectiveness and brand impact.

Use analytics, audience insights, and market trends to optimise engagement and performance.

Report results back to clients in clear, outcome-focused terms.

Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging storytelling formats.
Within six months, your clients renew and expand — not because you sold them, but because delivery has been flawless, the strategy is sharp, and they trust you to make their brand show up better than anyone else can. Internally, your accounts run on rails: clear briefs, predictable timelines, no surprises.

6–8 years in brand marketing, content strategy, communications, PR, or account management — agency-side experience strongly preferred.

5+ years leading teams and managing agency or vendor partners.

A proven track record of owning client relationships and scaling brand presence across multiple channels.

Strong delivery discipline — you’ve run multiple accounts and deadlines in parallel without dropping the ball.

Real expertise in media relations, reputation management, and strategic communications.

Exceptional storytelling, editorial, and communication skills.

A deep understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and content distribution.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience with high-growth or consumer-facing brands.

Exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.

Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, and content analytics tools.

Multi-market or multilingual brand experience — especially across South Indian languages.
