- Experience: Fresher (or) 1-3 years in a fabrication or manufacturing environment, with proven supervisory experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding, sheet metal work, and machinery.
- Education: diploma or Mechanical degree/Mechanical engg.
- Production Management: Supervise daily fabrication activities, ensuring projects are completed on time .
- Quality Control: Monitor welding, fit-up, and assembly to ensure compliance with blueprints and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise staff, managing their performance and work schedules.
- Technical Oversight: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural drawings for production planning.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
- Resource Coordination: Manage materials, equipment, and inventory, ensuring proper stock maintanence.
