Minimum 6-9 years experience out of which a minimum of 3 years in the US Healthcare domain in EHR data migration or healthcare data analysis strongly preferred
Effective people management and data-driven performance management skills
Experience in the healthcare domain with strong understanding of HIS & EHRs like Allscripts, Athena, eCW, etc. Well versed with PM, Claims, Lab Systems and RIS, SNOMED, LIONC, CPT, ICD
Strong understanding of SQL and the ability to develop queries to troubleshoot issues
Good understanding of data modeling tools and standards, ETL tools, and big data technologies
Self-starter and organizer with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding customer and partner landscape. Good interpersonal skills with a focus on listening and questioning skills
