PURPOSE/GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud,
specifically in Fast Formulas, Payroll, and Absence modules. The role involves developing and
maintaining HCM Extracts, Reports, and Fast Formulas, ensuring seamless integration and
performance across modules.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas in Oracle
HCM Cloud.
- Collaborate with functional SMEs to analyze the impact of Oracle quarterly updates and patches;
retrofit impacted reports and interfaces accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and integrations across
Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules.
- Debug and resolve batch failures and interface issues by analyzing report templates and underlying
data.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough testing, validation, and documentation.
