Key responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders to support customer service and business requirements.

Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and minimize shrinkage / damages.

Supervise warehouse staff, allocate manpower effectively, and drive team productivity.

Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to ensure high performance and discipline on the floor.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, customer service, transport, finance, and sales for smooth operational execution.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, housekeeping, and compliance requirements.

Track warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.

Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service levels. • Manage third-party vendors / transport partners where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation and system updates in ERP / SAP.

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse / logistics operations.

Must have handled a team of warehouse staff / operators / supervisors.

Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including inventory control, dispatch, receiving, and stock reconciliation.

Experience working with ERP / SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.

Good understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational controls.

Strong people management, problem-solving, and coordination skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
