Key Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and explain solar products and services
- Generate leads through outbound calls
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
- Update and maintain customer details in the system
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build positive customer relationships and handle basic queries professionally
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Good speaking in Tamil and/or English
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or B2C sales experience is an advantage
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
