Summary: This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
- Engage with customers to understand technical, application, and commercial requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Education, Experience, Requirements:
- BTech in Electronics & Telecommunication
- 3-5 years of Experience in related field
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,271.82 per month
