Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Welder to join the RKV Manpower Solutions team. The primary responsibility will be to perform high-quality welding for solar mounting structures and general industrial fabrication projects across our client sites in Lucknow and neighboring districts. Key Responsibilities: Structural Welding: Perform Arc/MIG/TIG welding on metal structures, specifically for solar panel mounting frames, ensuring high structural integrity and safety. Site Preparation: Cut, grind, and prepare metal surfaces for welding as per site blueprints or design requirements. Quality Control: Ensure all welds are clean, strong, and aesthetically acceptable, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding machines, grinders, and other tools in good working condition. Field Mobility: Willingness to travel to various client sites (hospitals, schools, factories) within the district for installation projects. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the site supervisor to ensure project timelines are met. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in structural or industrial welding. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading basic structural designs or installation drawings. Reliability: Must be punctual, disciplined, and capable of working independently on-site. Certifications: ITI certificate in Welding or relevant experience (preferred). Safety First: Commitment to wearing safety gear (gloves, goggles, masks) and following site safety rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
