The team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice works on assignments related to international trade engagements for government clients specializing in trade policy, economic development and global market access initiatives among others. They provide advisory services across areas such as trade compliance, export controls, customs modernization, supply chain resilience, and digital trade systems and trade finance.
Role Summary
Lead strategic initiatives related to investment promotion, industrial development, policy reforms, Ease of Doing Business (EoDB), and digital transformation. The role requires driving stakeholder engagement, managing multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the development and implementation of high-impact industrial and infrastructure programs.

Required Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in any domain
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for large-scale development initiatives.
- Drive investment promotion activities, investor engagement, and business development efforts.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across government, industry bodies, and private sector
- Lead EoDB, regulatory reform, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, policy recommendations, and implementation frameworks.
- Oversee project monitoring through MIS dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven insights.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including GIS and technology-based solutions.
- Manage and mentor project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, industrial development, infrastructure, investment promotion, or public sector transformation projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in working full time for state government with at least 3 projects, each of minimum 1 year duration, to oversee and monitor infrastructure development activities
- Experience in strategy development, policy implementation, project management, and government advisory.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to MIS, data analytics, GIS, and digital governance platforms will be preferred.
