The Manpower Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing electricians and AC technicians to ensure uninterrupted electrical and HVAC operations within the hospital. The role ensures all systems function safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hospital standards and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and AC technicians.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate manpower based on workload.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of staff.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and training when required.
2. Electrical System Oversight
- Ensure proper functioning of hospital electrical systems including:
- Power distribution panels
- Lighting systems
- Emergency lighting
- UPS systems
- DG sets (backup generators)
