Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Basic skills- MS-Word, Excel, PPT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, inquiries, and client communication.
- Handle internal and external communication with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Design and edit marketing materials, presentations, and event collateral using editing tools.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation using SAP & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Monitor marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, and samples.
- Assist with digital marketing activities including social media coordination and email campaigns.
- Ensure smooth coordination during dispatches, product displays, and after-sales support when required.
- Few Telle-calling related work
