About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate bookings, and drive online engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience .
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Experience in organic and paid campaign management.
- Ability to create engaging graphics, videos, and marketing copy.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Experience with analytics and performance reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, productivity, and marketing workflows.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Design marketing creatives and produce basic promotional videos.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to promote offers, events, and services.
