Snowmex is seeking a highly influential, network-driven Business Development Associate with 4–5 years of experience in the HVAC/MEP construction industry to spearhead public sector project acquisition across Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Gujarat. This is a pure relationship and influence-based role requiring an individual who possesses an active, deeply trusted personal network with government officials, executive engineers, and procurement authorities responsible for drafting and uploading public infrastructure tenders. In this position, you will leverage your regional goodwill to gain early pre-tender intelligence, strategically influence technical specifications in the design phase, and navigate state bureaucratic structures alongside builders and top-tier OEMs to position Snowmex as the preferred partner and secure high-value government contracts.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
