Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor with a strong background in assembly operations and service support. The candidate will be responsible for supervising assembly activities, ensuring product quality, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily assembly operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with service teams to resolve assembly and product-related issues.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Train and guide assembly technicians and operators on work instructions and safety practices.
- Maintain production records, service reports, and inventory requirements.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in assembly operations with service experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product/service-related issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial machinery, automation equipment, or manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel for service support activities when required.
