Job Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) such as challan processing, return filing, and documentation.
· Handle monthly and annual PT return filings in accordance with respective state regulations.
· Execute new company registrations under PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF, ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
· Process PF withdrawal, transfer cases, and death claim settlements with accuracy and adherence to legal procedures.
· Manage amendments and updates including DSC registration/activation, Form 5A updates, and KYC compliance.
· Generate UAN and ESIC numbers and maintain employee statutory records.
· Prepare PF joint declarations and coordinate with employees for necessary documentation and issue resolution.
· Liaisoning with government authorities through regular visits to PF, ESIC, and PT offices for compliance-related matters.
· Handle statutory notices and ensure timely responses and resolution.
· Oversee third-party compliance and ensured adherence to statutory regulations.
· Conduct statutory compliance audits and resolve compliance-related grievances.
· Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in statutory deductions.
· Operate and maintain HRMS software for employee data and compliance tracking.
· Completed Shop & Establishment registrations and handle related compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 4- 5 years of relevant experience
Adept with MS Office
Immediate joiners will be preferred
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
