Your Role
As an Intern, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and assisting in negotiating various
contracts.
A Day in the Life
- Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.
Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters.
- Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs.
- Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision
- Regulatory research and compliance
- Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc.
- Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes
What You Need
- Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement
- Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude
- Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors
