Job Summary
Samarth Security Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Project Engineer with experience in CCTV Surveillance and Access Control Systems. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of security system projects while ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CCTV Surveillance and Access Control projects from installation to commissioning.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Install, configure, and commission IP/Analog CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, Access Control Panels, Biometric Devices, and RFID Readers.
- Configure network devices, IP addressing, switches, and system connectivity.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and fault rectification of installed systems.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractors at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), installation reports, and commissioning documents.
- Train end users on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service activities whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of IP Networking, TCP/IP, Switching, and Structured Cabling.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and electrical layouts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project sites and teams.
- Willingness to travel for project execution.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, IT, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 Years of experience in CCTV Surveillance and Access Control project execution.

Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹466,056.28 - ₹522,360.45 per year
