Position Overview:
The BDE is primarily responsible for driving growth of our SaaS and technology-enabled talent solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
They will act as a strategic advisor, positioning TalentBridge’s AI-powered recruiting platforms, digital workforce solutions, and consulting services as key enablers of business transformation.
The ideal candidate excels at building internal and external relationships, has a deep understanding of staffing services, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position involves extensive client interaction, requiring the customary and regular performance of your work primarily outside of the office, including meeting with clients and prospective clients at their business locations, engaging in business development activities and events, and performing other external sales support functions incident to their own sales.

Secure Business Opportunities that Ensure Year-Over-Year Growth

Develop a comprehensive business development plan that identifies, prospect, and secures new clients for TalentBridge’s SaaS and digital solutions portfolio.

Drive acquisition of new clients and increase traction of existing client base to significantly grow revenue through direct, external consultative selling efforts focused on providing integrated product solutions to senior-level business leaders.

Position AI-driven solutions (e.g., virtual recruiters, automation platforms, talent intelligence tools) to solve client workforce challenges.

Translate client needs into tailored solutions including SaaS, consulting, and staffing models.

Stay current on trends in HR tech, SaaS, AI recruiting, and workforce solutions
- Identify emerging opportunities within industries such as technology, financial services, and professional services

Engage in face-to-face (non-virtual) sales activities, including on-site client meetings, presentations, consultations, and networking, to drive new business opportunities.

Participate in strategic exhibitions, conferences and conventions to promote TalentBridge’s services and position you in front of targeted senior-level business leaders.

Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients to ensure timely responses to contract inquiries, quick turnaround on bids, and smooth contract implementation.

Travel to client locations to serve as the primary point of contact, resolving issues and addressing concerns in person when necessary.

Maintains a strong network of industry contacts in multiple functions; continually seeking competitive intelligence. Actively participate in relevant industry meetings and conferences. Create visibility for TalentBridge and position the company as a great business partner.

- Participate in developing and implementing a business plan that supports the organization’s vision and goals; translate the strategic plan to staff to ensure support; and modify the plan in response to changing internal and external factors.

Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on account performance and revenue projections.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing industry or other related industry
Experience:
- At least five years proven track record in outside sales, SaaS sales, business development, and winning new business.
- Experience selling HR tech, AI-driven platforms, or workforce solutions
- Background in staffing, RPO, MSP, or consulting services a plus.
