This is not a digital marketer and not a social media manager.
You are the fashion voice of the brand—someone who understands menswear, styling, consumer psychology, trends, storytelling, and visual merchandising. Your responsibility is to translate every collection into compelling content, campaigns, and customer experiences that make people desire the product.
You will bridge the gap between Product, Design, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring every launch is presented in the most aspirational and commercially effective way.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Fashion Marketing Strategy
- Develop marketing strategies for every collection and product launch
- Position products based on customer personas, occasions, and fashion trends
- Create launch calendars aligned with business and sales objectives
- Build seasonal campaigns and brand narratives
- Ensure all marketing reflects the brand's philosophy and premium positioning
2. Fashion Styling & Creative Direction
- Style garments for:
- Campaign shoots
- Ecommerce catalogues
- Social media
- Editorial content
- Influencer collaborations
- Brand films
- Curate complete looks with accessories, footwear, layering, and props
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
3. Product Storytelling
- Define the story behind every product and collection
- Translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits
- Develop messaging around:
- Fabrics
- Craftsmanship
- Fit
- Design inspiration
- Styling versatility
- Occasion dressing
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to create impactful communication
4. Fashion Content Planning
- Build monthly and seasonal content calendars
- Plan content across:
- Product launches
- Styling education
- Trend reports
- Behind-the-scenes
- Founder stories
- Customer stories
- Fashion tips
- Campaigns
- Ensure content supports both brand building and sales objectives
5. Photoshoot & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute:
- Lookbooks
- Campaign shoots
- Ecommerce shoots
- Editorial shoots
- Lifestyle shoots
- Launch videos
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, and stylists
- Ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets
6. Social Media & Community Growth
- Lead the fashion direction of all social media platforms
- Ensure content is visually premium, trend-relevant, and engaging
- Build communities through storytelling rather than just promotions
- Identify opportunities to create viral and culturally relevant fashion content
- Collaborate with the Social Media Content Creator to maintain a consistent visual identity
7. Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Fashion influencers
- Content creators
- Stylists
- Models
- Celebrities
- Fashion communities
- Execute collaborations that enhance brand credibility and reach
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
8. Fashion Trend & Consumer Research
- Monitor:
- Global menswear trends
- Streetwear
- Luxury fashion

- Consumer behavior
- Competitor campaigns
- Convert market insights into actionable marketing and product recommendations
9. Merchandising & Product Presentation
- Work with ecommerce and design teams to improve:
- Product presentation

- Product recommendations
- Ensure products are presented in a way that maximizes customer appeal and conversion
10. Product Launch Management
- Lead cross-functional planning for every launch
- Coordinate with:
- Design
- Sourcing

- Ensure campaigns, assets, and inventory are launch-ready on time
11. Brand Partnerships & Events
- Plan collaborations with complementary fashion and lifestyle brands
- Coordinate pop-ups, exhibitions, styling sessions, and launch events
- Explore offline opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
12. Business & Growth Contribution
- Support revenue growth through fashion-led marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- Conversion
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Repeat purchases

- Work closely with the Marketing & Growth Lead to align creative initiatives with business goals
13. AI & Creative Innovation
- Use AI tools for:

- Ensure a seamless connection between product creation and market communication
Must-HavesNon-Negotiable
- Degree or strong professional background in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Styling, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in fashion marketing, styling, brand communication, or fashion content
- Excellent understanding of menswear, silhouettes, fabrics, styling, and fashion trends
- Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills
- Experience planning and executing fashion shoots and campaigns
- Passion for luxury, premium, or contemporary fashion brands
- High ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

- Experience with premium or designer fashion brands
- Knowledge of ecommerce merchandising and customer journey

Core Objective of the Role

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
