2. Purpose of the Role
The Talent Acquisition Executive will independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across the organization. The role requires taking complete ownership of manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, consultant management, and onboarding coordination. The incumbent will work with minimal supervision, proactively partner with hiring managers, drive recruitment strategies, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

4. Key Responsibilities (Add/Modify)
- Independently manage the complete recruitment function without day-to-day supervision.
- Take complete ownership of manpower requirements from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche, technical, and lateral hiring.
- Independently coordinate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage recruitment consultants, evaluate profile quality, and ensure timely profile submissions.
- Negotiate compensation with candidates within approved salary budgets.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, hiring analytics, and management reports.
- Ensure hiring targets and recruitment TAT are consistently achieved.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
- Act as the single point of contact for all recruitment activities and provide regular hiring updates to management.
5. Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously without supervision.
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, EPC, and Corporate functions.
- Strong consultant/vendor management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute hiring activities while meeting recruitment timelines.
6. Additional Remarks
The candidate should be a self-driven recruitment professional capable of independently managing the organization's complete hiring function. The role demands strong ownership, accountability, decision-making ability, and the confidence to work directly with management and department heads without continuous supervision. Experience in hiring for technical and engineering positions will be highly preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
