Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales is preferred or Freshers who have interest in sales.
- Bachelor's degree required
- skills and a willingness to travel extensively are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to travel more then 150kms (Daily travel required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily visits to potential customers at their residences.
- Present and demonstrate our automation products, focusing on their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding customer insights, market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
