Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate finance.- Partner with business units to ensure financial discipline and adherence to budgets.
- Challenge assumptions and provide strategic insights to leadership.
2. Data Analytics & Insights
Develop and implement advanced analytics models for trend analysis, predictive
forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Use data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) to present insights effectively.
- Drive data-driven decision-making across finance and business teams.
3. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business
objectives.
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accountability.
Communicate complex financial and analytical concepts in a clear, business-friendly
Manner.
4. Technology & Automation
Build and maintain tools to automate FP\&A processes using Excel macros, Power
Query, Power Automate, Python/R scripts.
- Explore emerging technologies for process optimization and efficiency.
- Partner with IT/data teams to ensure robust data governance and system integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Post Graduation in Finance or equivalent.- Experience: 6–10 years in FP\&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI/Tableau, Power Automate.
- SQL and Python/R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of automation tools and basic coding for process improvement.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to machine learning concepts for predictive analytics.
- Experience in building dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
