Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of database systems, both relational and non-relational, and data modeling techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Work from client office in Mumbai is mandatory for all 05 working days. No WFH.
