Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Sheet Metal Manufacturing Plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance & payroll support, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and factory HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle manpower planning and recruitment for shop floor and staff positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Complete employee induction and onboarding.
Attendance & Payroll
- Maintain biometric attendance and leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance for payroll processing.
- Coordinate salary inputs and final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
- Assist in PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, and other labour law compliances.
- Maintain employee statutory records and documentation.
- Support labour inspections and compliance audits.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HRMIS records.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR reports and monthly MIS.
- Coordinate contract labour documentation.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
Administration Support
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and canteen services.
- Maintain HR registers and statutory notices.
- Support ISO and internal audits.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Hands-on experience with attendance and payroll.
- Working knowledge of PF & ESIC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a Sheet Metal, Engineering, Automotive, or Manufacturing industry.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
