- Stock Monitoring: Track incoming and outgoing merchandise, raw materials, or finished goods using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Auditing: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain database accuracy.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate variances between digital records and physical stock, identifying the root causes of shrinkage or damage.
- Replenishment: Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast demand and reorder necessary supplies.
- Facility Organization: Label, organize, and store inventory safely to maximize warehouse space and facilitate easy picking
