JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive – OPD
Reporting To: Manager – OPD
Dress Code: Specified uniform with ID card
Duty Hours: As per schedule intimated from Time to Time
Ø Supervision of the front office staff, from maintaining proper cash control to patient standards on a day-to-day basis
Ø Attend to patient enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments
Ø Ensure proper training and procedures are in place to ensure provision of quality services
Ø Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery.
Ø Supervises Reception personnel to ensure optimum patient care services.
Ø Monitors Front Office personnel to ensure patients receive proper attention and personal recognition.
Ø Assigning Departmental rosters
Ø Interdepartmental communication with the telecommunications, housekeeping, maintenance and emergency services.
Ø Coordinating with the doctors to set up the appointment system
Ø To pass all staff discounts as per the company norms.
Ø All refunds and cancellation to be done by OPD in charge.
Ø Coordinating with the doctors for patient medical certifications.
Ø OPD Feedback.
Ø Analysis Corrective & Preventive Measures
Ø Monitor Consultant in & out timings.
Ø Analysis of waiting time.
Ø To Facilitate Corporate patients on priority basis and avoid inconvenience.
Ø To coordinate and ensure safety and security of patients, attendants and visitors.
Ø Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
Ø To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
