ServiceNow Application Developer Role Overview: As a ServiceNow application developer, you will play a crucial role of ServiceNow Developer, focusing on custom application development and key developer activities within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: • Workflow Development: Develop and modify ServiceNow flows designer, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, record producers, catalog items, Workspace, and tables. • Implementing advanced workflows, business rules, ui policies and client scripts to automate process and improve user experience. • Integration Capabilities: Development and support of ServiceNow applications and integration with third-party tools/applications • Good knowledge on Data Sources, Transform Maps and scripts and Portal knowledge. • Web Services Integration: Experience with web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL). • Reporting: Creating reports and dashboards. • Problem-Solving: Solve complex problems in a dynamic and agile environment • Should be able to understand and develop new feature of Integrated Risk management.
