Key Responsibilities
- Worker Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all workers on earthwork sites, ensuring instructions are clearly conveyed and tasks are properly coordinated.
- Fleet GPS Tracking: Monitor and track the movement of all fleets using GPS systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Information Management: Collect, verify, and provide accurate information regarding site activities, fleet status, and worker progress.
- Operational Accuracy: Ensure that all work is carried out correctly, following site protocols and safety standards.
- Reporting & Updates: Share timely updates with management and teams through designated communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups, site meetings).
