We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate quality leads, connect with potential clients, understand business requirements, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with experience in selling IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for project discussions.
- Update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in B2B Sales.
- Knowledge of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Software Solutions.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience in selling IT services will be highly preferred.
