Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products and assess customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for various financial products.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with interested customers until the application is submitted.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Eligibility for Freshers
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility for Experienced Candidates
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, or Loan DSA
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in outbound calling will be preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Hindi
- Basic to Good communication in English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
