Key Responsibilities
- · Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and interactive classroom sessions
- · Mentor and guide students in academic, literary, and co-curricular activities
- · Contribute to curriculum development, research, and departmental initiatives
- Participate actively in academic planning, literary events, seminars, and institutional activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- · Master’s Degree in English Literature from a recognized university
- · NET qualified candidates preferred; Ph.D as per UGC norms will be an added advantage
- · Strong academic background with a passion for teaching
- · Prior teaching experience of at least 1 year is mandatory
