We are a dynamic B2B travel agency and Destination Management Company (DMC), specializing in providing tailored travel solutions, destination packages, and seamless experiences for our partners worldwide. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Sales Person to drive growth and strengthen our business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporates, and tour operators.
- Promote and sell travel products, destination packages, and services to B2B clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct presentations, roadshows, and destination promotions to partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure smooth execution of travel programs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the travel industry (B2B or DMC preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and destination promotions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
