Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Uber Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers and driver partners, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and driver partner inquiries via voice calls.
- Provide accurate information regarding rides, payments, account issues, and app-related concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage.
