We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities and supervise the shop-floor team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production work is completed as per the plan, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop-floor operations.
- Explain job requirements and work instructions to workers.
- Coordinate with workers to ensure proper execution of assigned jobs.
- Handle and resolve machine, material, and production-related issues.
- Ensure all work is completed as per the production plan and engineering drawings.
- Conduct inspection of completed work and coordinate with the quality team.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
