Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Commissioning
Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of bagging
machines.
Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and system integration as
per specifications.
Conduct functional tests and trial runs to verify machine
performance.
2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical,
electrical, and automation systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging
machines.
Provide remote and on-site technical support for breakdowns and
repairs.
3. Customer Support & Training
Train customer personnel on machine operation, safety protocols,
and maintenance procedures.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to optimize machine
performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and
providing solutions.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed service reports, commissioning checklists, and test
results.
Document modifications, spare parts usage, and service activities.
Provide feedback to the design and production teams for continuous
product improvement.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all work adheres to company safety guidelines and industry
standards.
Follow site-specific safety protocols while working at customer
locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electronics/
Instrumentation/Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years in machine installation, commissioning, or
servicing (preferably in bagging/packaging machinery).
Technical Skills:
o Knowledge of PLCs, electrical circuits, and mechanical
systems.
o Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic
components.
o Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
o Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible work schedule based on project and customer requirements
and willing to traveling pan India and International Travel.
Valid passport (if international travel is required).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Installation & Commissioning: 2 years (Preferred)
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

- Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic components.: 2 years (Preferred)
