We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. While the current requirement is for Raipur, candidates from any location who are willing to relocate or travel as per project requirements are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute and monitor RCC structural works, including Reinforcement Steel (Sariya), Shuttering (Formwork), and Concrete Execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and site manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project engineers for smooth execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower deployment to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor material availability and raise requirements in advance.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour attendance, site records, and documentation.
- Share daily progress updates and site photographs with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site discipline.
- Assist with measurements, billing, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- RCC Structural Work
- Reinforcement Steel (Sariya)
- Shuttering (Formwork)
- Concrete Execution
- Experience managing labour teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel based on project requirements.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in the following will be preferred:
- Residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Independent site execution.
- Manpower supply, labour contracting, workforce deployment, or contractor management.
- Managing large labour teams and multiple subcontractors.
