The Cosmetologist Faculty/Trainer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in cosmetology, skin care, hair care, beauty therapy, and aesthetic medicine. The role includes developing students' technical skills through classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, supervised clinical training, competency assessments, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with hygiene, infection control, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and hands-on practical training in cosmetology and aesthetics.
- Demonstrate skin, hair, beauty, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Train students in client consultation, skin and hair analysis, treatment planning, and post-treatment care.
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments.
- Maintain aesthetic equipment, laboratories, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, safety, and professional ethics.
- Update training programs in line with current industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related discipline.
- Trainer/Assessor certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical/salon/aesthetic experience, with prior teaching experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
