Job Overview:
We are hiring a Site Construction Manager to support on-site project execution and coordination. The role involves managing daily site activities, working with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed as per timelines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities for construction and interior projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Review drawings and support project execution as per plans
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the team
- Ensure work is completed within timelines and quality standards
- Support material planning and coordination at site
- Assist in maintaining site safety and basic compliance practices
- Maintain basic site records and progress reports
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, interior, or fit-out projects
- Basic understanding of site coordination and execution
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage site activities and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
