Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Network Expansion Manager to drive the growth of Naturals Salon across key districts in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding franchise partners, and ensuring successful market penetration in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for salon expansion across assigned districts
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Present business proposals and explain franchise models to potential partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for site approval, setup, and launch support
- Maintain relationships with existing and new franchise partners
- Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of expansion targets
- Travel extensively across Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Palakkad, and Thrissur
- Track and report expansion progress, pipeline status, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, franchise expansion, or sales (preferably in retail/salon industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good understanding of local markets in Kerala
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts
- Basic knowledge of financial feasibility and location analysis is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in franchise-based business model
