➢ Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
➢ Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical-commercial discussions.
➢ Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
➢ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
➢ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
➢ Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
➢ Support management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
