St. Joan's School is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Physics teacher for our ISC section. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a strong academic background in Physics and ICSE educational experience.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MSc in Physics or MPhil in Physics) from a recognized university.
- ICSE background (as a student and/or in teaching experience).
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to teach Physics to ICSE (Classes 6-10) and ISC (Classes 11-12) curriculum effectively, ensuring comprehensive understanding of theoretical and practical concepts.
- Strong subject knowledge with a focus on real-world applications and experimental learning.
- Familiarity with laboratory experiments and safety protocols.
Preferred Criteria:
- Previous experience in teaching senior secondary classes (XI and XII).
- Experience working in an ICSE-affiliated school.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing classroom and academic activities.
- Commitment to student-centred teaching and adaptive approaches to cater to different learning styles.
- Ability to stay updated with advancements in Physics and integrate innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
- Willingness to contribute to school events, activities, and student development programs.
